Are you unsure about the font?

Would you like to see a preview of your name in a specific font? Please send us an email before you order. We would love to show you what your chosen name will look like.

Please note: If you do not like the font after receiving it, we unfortunately cannot change or re-embroider it.

Pay close attention to your input

The embroidery is precisely created as you enter it – including uppercase, lowercase, and any special characters.

Therefore, always check carefully whether your name/text completely correct is entered in the designated box on the product page.

Specific requests? That's possible!

Do you want:

- the name at a specific place?

- larger or smaller embroidery?

- text stacked vertically or side by side?

Then provide your preferences in the comments field when personalizing.

(If you do not use that field, you can also enter it in the comments during checkout)

We always try to think along with you, as long as your wishes are technically possible.

Delivery time & express options

The current embroidery time is stated with every personalized product (usually 3–5 working days).

During busy periods, this may take a little longer. Would you like to receive your personalized item sooner?

No returns possible

Personalized items are made to order. Therefore, we accept no returns, exchanges, or refunds for embroidered or personalized items.
